Microsoft Lumia 535 now available at Rs 5,999 after buyback

Lumia 535 is the first smartphone in the Lumia series that was launched by Microsoft in November last year without Nokia brand name for Rs 9,199.

Microsoft has announced an exchange offer on its Lumia 535 under which you can get the smartphone for just Rs 5,999. The offer started from August 13 2015 onwards and valid till stocks last.

Lumia 535 is the first smartphone in the Lumia series that was launched by Microsoft in November last year without Nokia brand name for Rs 9,199. However even without availaing this new offer, you can get the phone for about Rs 6,900 so Microsoft will give you only about Rs 900 for your old smartphone.

The Microsoft Lumia 535 features a 5 inch IPS display with qHD (540×960 pixels) resolution, Gorilla Glass 3 coating. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 quad core processor and 1 and runs on the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.

The Lumia 535 comes with a 5 megapixel auto focus rear camera with an flash and 5 megapixel wide angle fixed focus front camera. The phone offers 8 GB of which is expandable to up to 128 GB via a micro card.

The Microsoft Lumia 535 has a 1905 removable battery that claims to offer 11 hours of talktime and 552 hours of standby time. For connectivity, Lumia 535 offers 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, WiFi Hotspot, 4.0, micro USB 2.0, GPS with and A-GLONASS for navigation.
