Micromax has launched another Android KitKat version based smartphone. The new handset, named as Canvas A105 has been listed on an e-reatiler’s website for Rs 6,999. However, at the time of writing it was out of stock. It is the third smartphone of Micromax to be launched with the latest Android Kitkat operating system, after the Canvas Engage and Unite 2 – both of which are released just recently.
As per the listing, the Micromax Canvas A105 features a 5 inch touchscreen of 480×800 pixels Resolution . It measures 147.5×77.3×10.5 mm and weighs 180 grams. It has the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and a 1.2 Ghz quad core processor. The handset though has only 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM, and 32 GB micro SD card slot.
The Micromax Canvas A105 has a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. It has a huge 1900 mAh battery which said to offer 5 hours of talktime and 150 hours of standby. Besides, the Canvas A105 has Bluetooth, WiFi, FM Radio With Recording facility, Micro USB port.
Note that the Canvas Engage and Unite 2 has 4 inch and 4.7 inch display respectively. Apart from the smaller display and a lower 1500 mAh battery, the Canvas Engage shares all other features with the Canvas A105. The Unite 2 on the other hand comes with a bigger 2000 mAh battery and 1 GB RAM while sharing all other features with the new Canvas A105.
