Meizu, the middle of the road Chinese handset brand is generating some excitement. Just yesterday, we have seen an alleged live image of Meizu E2 smartphone that was posted on Chinese social media platform, Weibo, showing phone’s back panel and today another alleged image of the said smartphone has been posted online by a micro-blogging user (@bun), showing yet again the back panel of the device and this image looks more credible than the earlier one.
In today’s leaked image, one can clearly see the single camera setup with dual LED flash positioned horizontally. At the back panel there are two antenna strip on top and bottom of the device. Moreover, the user also revealed that the smartphone will be priced at 1699 yuan, which is approximately Rs 15,907.
The Meizu E2 smartphone is scheduled to be launched on April 26th. As of now the company has not revealed any information regarding its specifications and features. However, few days back, a new Meizu smartphone with model name ‘Meizu M612C’ was spotted on a Chinese certification website, TENAA, which as per report could be none other than Meizu E2.
As per previous TENAA listing, the Meizu M612C aka Meizu E2 will be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone will have three storage variants to choose from, a standard variant that will have 2GB of RAM with 16GB of internal storage, a 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage variant and a 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage variant.
Further, Meizu M612C will sport a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing the camera for selfies. The device will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
