Meizu has today launched Meizu 16T in China. The smartphone comes in three variants - 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage priced at 1,999 Yuan, 2299 Yuan and 2499 Yuan respectively. It comes in Whale Blue, Daylight Orange and Lake Green colour variants.
Meizu 16T features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED notch-less display that supports 1080 x 2232 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 855 processor that clocks at 2.84 GHz with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of native storage. For immersive gaming experience, the phone comes with linear vibration motor and game mode 4.0.
The phone runs on Android 9 Pie operating system, which is based Flyme 7 UI. The device is fueled by a 4,500mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. It also comes equipped with Super mTouch in-display fingerprint reader that takes only 0.2 seconds to unlock the device.
For the camera font, Meizu 16T features a triple rear camera setup with a combination of 12-megapixel Sony IMX362 primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture and PDAF, 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with 118-degree field-of-view, f/2.2 aperture and 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/1.9 aperture. On the front side, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera for selfies and video chats.
The connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS and USB Type-C. The handset also features dual stereos speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 159.63 x 78.2 x 8.3mm and it weighs 183 grams.
