LG has today added a new member to its Q-series with the launch of Q Stylus+ in India. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 21,990 and it will be available from September 05, 2018 in Aurora Black and Moroccan Blue colour options.
The major highlight of the device is the stylus support. The stylus comes with handwritten input and there is intelligent palm rejection, which ensures it does not recognise one’s hand on the display. One can also write notes and memos when the display is off and it can be utilised to personalise captured images and videos.
Jumping straight to the specifications, the LG Q Stylus+ features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ FullVision display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixel and a pixel density of 389ppi. The phone is powered by an octa-core 1.5GHz processor, though the brand has not revealed the model or company that powers the latest phone. Apart from this, the phone comes loaded with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with an option to expand storage up to 2TB via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the phone is equipped with a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while for the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with the company’s custom user interface running on top of it. On the battery front, the phone is backed by a 3,300mAh juice with fast charging. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back panel, which also acts as a selfie camera shutter button.

The phone also comes loaded with some good audio input as well. There is DTS:X for up to 7.1 channel 3D surround sound for a good listening experience on earphones. The device is also equipped with IP69 water and dust protection and MIL-STD 810G compliance, which makes it durable. On the connectivity front, the phone supports 4G LTE, dual-SIM, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, GPS and USB Type-C port. The phone measures 160.15 x 77.75 x 8.4mm.
