Intex has today announced the launch of a new budget-centric smartphone, the Intex Staari 10, in India. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 5,999 and it will be exclusively available on Snapdeal. The device is available in Blue, Champagne Gold and Glossy Black colour options.
The company has also bundled Reliance Jio’s instant cashback offer, under which users will get Rs 2,200 cashback in the form of Rs 50 recharge vouchers. This can be redeemed for the recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299. The major highlight of the smartphone is the shatterproof glass.
Intex Staari 10 features a 5.2-inch HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT 6737 processor along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the Staari 10 features a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Both the cameras come equipped with LED flash support. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and it is backed by a 2600mAh battery, which the company claims to deliver up to 200 hours of standby time. On the connectivity front, it supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Dual-SIM and Micro USB port. The phone measures 150 x 74.4 x 9.0 mm and weighs 170 grams.
