A new Intex Aqua-series smartphone, Aqua Wave, has been found listed on the company’s website at Rs 2,949. However, there is no word on its availability at the time of writing this news.
As per the listing, the Intex Aqua Wave has a 4 inch touchscreen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution, a 1 GHz dual core Processor with SC7715A chipset, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB of internal storage, and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of up to 32 GB capacity.
Besides, this Android 4.4.2 operating system based smartphone has a VGA rear camera with LED Flash and a VGA front camera. The rear camera can capture image while recording a video and can record slow motion videos too. On the connectivity front, the Intex Aqua Wave comes with dual SIM, 2G/3G, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE and FM radio.
The smartphone is packed with 1400 mAh battery that claims to provide 3 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time. The phone measures 123.5 x 64.5 x 10 mm and weighs 113 grams. It is available in Grey, White and Black colours and comes pre loaded with Intex Zone, Google Play Store, Fota, Opera mini, opera mini VAS Application.
Intex recently launched Intex Aqua Life III and Intex Cloud Swift for Rs 5,199 and Rs 8,888 respectively. Intex Aqua Life III features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core (SC7731) processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 lollipop operating system.
Intex Aqua Life III comes with an 8GB of Internal Memory which is further expandable up-to 32GB via microSD card. It flaunts an 5-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera. The smartphone gets the power from 2000mAh Li-Ion removable battery which claims upto 10 hrs of talktime and 300 hrs of standby time.
The 4G-enabled Cloud Swift features a 5-inch HD IPS display and is powered by Mediatek (MT6735A) Chipset that has a 64 bit quad core processor. The display is protected by Dragontrail glass. The device is based on the Android Lollipop 5.1 operating system and it comes with a 2500 mAh Li-Po battery that claimes to offer talk time of up to 7-8 hours along with a Standby time of 400-500 hours.
