HTC One A9 with iPhone like looks, Android Marshmallow unveiled

The HTC One A9 sports an all metal body which looks a lot like that of new Apple iPhones and it has a physical home button just like Samsung devices.

HTC has unveiled its latest flagship, the One A9, last night. The handset, which comes in all metal design, though surprisingly looks a lot like Apple’s new iPhones. Irrespective of the similarities, everyone though would agree that the phone does look stunning.

Also unlike its predecessors which do not have any physical button (they have on screen buttons), the HTC One A9 sports a home key below the display – just like Samsung phones. This key acts both as the fingerprint sensor and home key.

The HTC One A9, which measures 145.75 x 70.8. x 7.26 mm, has a 5 inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and full HD resolution. It has the latest Android Marshmallow operating system with HTC Sense user interface – the first non-Nexus device to have the latest OS. Surprisingly, HTC has opted for the Snapdragon 617 64 bit octa core processor to power this smartphone and not the high end processors of Qualcomm like Snapdragon 810. With this though the One A9 has become the first device to use the Snapdragon 617 chipset.
