HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM and Desire 628 price slashed

Both the smartphones were launched in India last year.

HTC launched HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM for Rs 14,990 in February last year after which the device got a price cutof Rs 3,000 making it available for Rs 11,900. Interestingly, the device has again received a price cut of Rs 2,000 and is now available for Rs 9,990. Not only this, another HTC smartphone, the Desire 628 was also launched last year for Rs 13,990 which is now available for Rs 11,990 after a price cut of Rs 2,000.

Both the HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM and Desire 628 smartphones are available at the India e-store of the company. The HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM comes in Blue Lagoon and White Birch colours while the HTC Desire 628 comes in Sunset Blue and Cobalt White colour options.

For the specs, HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM features a 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor which is paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on operating system with HTC Sense UI on top of it and gets the power from a 2000 mAh battery. The Desire 626 Dual SIM comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable by up-to 32GB via a microSD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

On the other hand, the Desire 628 has a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720) display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, which is clubbed with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and 2TB expandable memory via a micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with HTC Sense on top of it. The handset is backed up by a 2220 mAh battery and boasts a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 and BSI sensor and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies. The Desire 628 comes with a polycarbonate body with HTC BoomSound stereo speakers on the top and bottom bezel.
