LG today announced the launch of LG G Flex 2 in India for Rs 55,000. It is the successor of its first curved smartphone – the G Flex. It will be available in India by the end of this month in silver and red colours.
The LG G Flex 2 has a 5.5 inch curved P-OLED display with full HD resolution. Like its predecessor, it has a curved body with a self-healing back panel. The G Flex 2’s display also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
LG has armed the Flex 2 with the Snapdragon 810 Chipset that combines a 2 GHz octa core processor and Adreno 430 graphics processor. There are two LED flash lights in the rear panel as well while in the front lies a 2.1 megapixel camera which too can capture full HD videos at 30 FPS.
The 4G capable LG G Flex 2 has a single micro-SIM slot and offers dual band WiFi, WiFi Direct, DLNA, WiFi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1 with A2DP, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, NFC, Infrared Port, and a micro USB port. It has a non-removable 3000 mAh Li-Po battery.
