Coolpad has launched two new affordable smartphones in European market, Porto S and Torino S for €129 (approx Rs. 9,695) and €199 (approx Rs. 14,945) respectively.
Coolpad Porto S features a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixel ) IPS display and is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT67365P processor along with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Cool UI 8.0 on top of it and is packed with a 2000mAh battery, which claims to offer 8 hours of talk-time.
The Porto S comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 64GB via MicroSD card. The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.4 Aperture and LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity from, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G, GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and Micro USB. The handset measures 143x72x7.6 mm and weighs around 125 grams. The smartphone will be available in Germany and Switzerland at end of this month.
On the other hand, Coolpad Torino S features a 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display with 2.5D glass and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor along with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Cool UI 8.0 on top of it and is packed with a 1,800mAh battery.
The Torino S comes with 16GB of internal storage, which is further expandable via MicroSD card. The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with Autofocus and LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity from, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Micro USB. The handset measures 139×67.8×7.9 mm and weighs around 120 grams.
The Torino S also houses a fingerprint sensor on the back panel, and an IR sensor. The smartphone comes in two color options- Champagne and White.
