Asus has announced a new version of its Zenfone Max smartphone. The new Asus Zenfone Max has the Snapdragon 615 octa core Processor against the Snapdragon 410 quad core processor of the older model. The new Asus Zenfone Max has been launched in both 2 GB and 3 GB RAM versions at Rs 9,999 and Rs 12,999.
The new Asus Zenfone Max has also higher Internal Memory – 32 GB against 16 GB of the older model.
The new Asus Zenfone Max though has the same design as the older version and has the same 5.5 inch HD display. However, it has the latest Android Marshmallow operating system. Like the older version, the upgraded Zenfone Max also has a 5000 mAh battery, 64 GB micro SD card slot, 3 Megapixel rear camera, and a 5 megapixel front camera.
The new Asus Zenfone Max has a Micro USB port with OTG support, 4G connectivity, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, A-GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and WiFi Direct. The new Zenfone Max, which measures 156×77.5×10.55mm and weighs 202 grams, is available in more colours options now – Black, Orange and Blue.
