The first ever flash sale of Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 will be held today on Flipkart, the sole retailer of the phone. Those who have registered themselves till yesterday will be able to participate in the sale. The sale will start at 2 PM.
Priced at Rs 5,999, the new Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 is the cheapest phone to have an octa core processor, a 1.4 GHz octa core Processor unit. The phone has 1 GB RAM and Android 4.4 KitKat operating system but Micromax has promised to roll out the Android Lollipop for it soon. For storage there is 8 GB of built in storage and it has an expandable storage slot as well.
The Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 has a 5 inch touchscreen which boasts high definition resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 as well. The phone has a 13 Megapixel auto focus rear camera with Largan 5P lens. For selfies, the Xpress 2 has a 2 megapixel camera.
The smartphone has a 2500 mAh battery which, as per the company, can provide 9.5 hours of talktime. This dual SIM smartphone has 3G, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, a Micro USB port, and a 3.5 mm jack.
Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 comes with an earphone, data cable, USB power adapter and a screen guard. Buyers with Vodafone connection will also get 500 MB per month for two months with the Xpress 2.
