Airtel to start selling Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G from 1st week of Jan

Xiaomi, which operates in India under the brand name Mi, has announced the launch of its Redmi Note in India a few week back for Rs 9,999.

Airtel is all set to start delivering Xiaomi Redmi Note from first week of January 2015. In another development Flipkart will start selling Redmi Note 4G to those who have pre-booked it from December 30.

We are waiting for the official confirmation from Airtel for the same but the in the meantime our sources have said that in all likelihood Airtel will start taking pre-order for Xiaomi Redmi note 4G from January 1 on a micro site on Airtel.co.in after which within a week’s time the people can pick up the handset from the store they have chosen while pre-booking.

Xiaomi Redmi note 4G has Snapdragon 400 quad core , single SIM slot and a 3200 battery. It has a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1280×720 pixel resolution, 2 RAM, 8 GB on-board storage, 32 GB micro SD card slot, 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, and a 5 megapixel front camera. Other than that the phone has Gyroscope, Light Sensor, Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor, E-Compass, GPS with A-GPS, 4.0 Low Energy, On-the-Go and WiFi support.
