Swipe today announced the launch its second phone under Elite series, Elite 2. Swipe Elite 2 will be exclusively available for sale on Flipkart from 8th Nov.
The Swipe Elite 2 features a 4.5-inch qHD IPS display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek 64-bit Processor which is paired with 1GB DDR3 of RAM. The smartphone runs on the latest Android Lollipop 5.1 operating system. It comes packed with a 1900 mAh battery with Quick charge feature and, as per the company, it can be fully charged within 1 hr 30 minutes.
On the storage front, the phone offers 8 GB of internal storage which is further expandable to 32 GB via a micro SD card. Swipe Elite 2 offers an 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it has a 5 megapixel front facing camera.
On the connectivity front, it offers Dual SIM, 4G, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS.
Swipe launched the first phone of its Elite series, the Swipe Elite, at Rs 5,999 in August.
Swipe Elite has a 5 inch display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor and 2 GB RAM. It comes with 16 GB internal memory, which is expandable to up to 32 GB through a micro SD card. On the camera front, it has a 13 megapixel rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera. It is powered by a 2,500 mAh battery.
The phone has Android Lollipop operating system and has a custom user interface called Freedom OS. Besides, the Swipe Elite has dual SIM, 3G, OTG support, FM radio, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPS, proximity and light sensor. The phone weighs 131.3 grams and measures 142×70.8×8.05 mm.
