The device is only 7.7mm thin, which makes it thinner than the iPad 2. Its got a TI OMAP 4430 Dual Core ARM Cortex-A9 Processor running at 1.2 ghz and uses Android 3.2 Honeycomb. The AT200 is supposed to last up to 7 hours, has two cameras with 2 and 5 mp. There is going to be a 3G version out this year, WiFi model comes first, but Tosh wasnt able to tell when.
