Garena Free Fire India Launch Delayed Here's know everything

The launch of Free Fire India, scheduled for September 5, has been postponed by Garena. The new release date has yet to be made public.

Garena has announced the postponement of the Free Fire India launch for a few more weeks to provide the best possible experience to all its fans.

Garena said, "We are taking extra time to fully localize the Free Fire India experience, in addition to refining the gameplay."

The Indian government banned 55 mobile applications, including Free Fire, citing security concerns couple of years back.

The developers have ensured to include local features and updates for the relaunch of Garena Free Fire in India post the ban.

Garena Free Fire introduced new features such as OTP verification and in-game time restrictions for minor players.

Garena has appointed MS Dhoni, a cricketer, as the brand ambassador for the relaunch of Free Fire India. Additionally, they have introduced a new character named 'Thala' based on Dhoni.
