Apple has started rolling out the iOS 12.1.4 for its iPad and iPhone users across the globe. The update has thus fixed the bug inside FaceTime which allowed someone calling their contacts to hear the recipients voice before the call initiatives.

Apple is pushing the macOS 10.14.1 update on all of its Mac computers adding support for Group FaceTime audio and video allowing up to 32 participants on call with end-to-end encryption. Group FaceTime can be initiated anytime during a group conversation or any time during an active call.
Apple will introduce Group FaceTime feature to its iOS users. With this, one can add up to 32 people in the group FaceTime and users will have an option to choose to join using audio or video from iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Apple will soon seed its latest iPhones with Dual-SIM functionality which will be possible through support for the miniature eSIM slot. eSIM support will thus turn the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR into dual-SIM phones, the first of its kind from Apple which will use the Dual SIM Dual Standby technology.
The new iOS 12 will start rolling out as early as September 17, a week after which Apple will seed the stable version of the macOS Mojave to all its Mac users from September 24. The company will also commence a new HomePod update as well as the rollout of the watchOS 5 and tvOS 12 on September 17.
All WhatsApp users as of today, be it on Android or iOS, will be able to use group calling with audio or video. The company also announced that users spend over 2 billion minutes in WhatsApp calls per day which can now be shared among four people at the same time.
The latest operating system will be available this fall as a free software update for iPhone 5s and later, all iPad Air and iPad Pro models, iPad 5th generation, iPad 6th generation, iPad mini 2 and later and iPod touch 6th generation. Apple claims that the new iOS 12 is faster and more responsive.
