Lenovo Yoga Book 2-in-1 tablet is priced at Rs 49,990 and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart starting today.
The company has launched only the Windows version in India. Android version is expected to be released later.
Lenovo Yoga comes in with a premium design and measures at 9.6mm thick when closed and is 4.05mm at its slimmest edge.
Lenovo has included a watch-band hinge design similar to what we saw on the Surface Pro 4 but in here we have three-axis hinge attaching the two parts i.e. the keyboard and the display.
The Keyboard is also essentially a touch-sensitive surface powered by Wacom and can be used creatively by Lenovo’s Create Pad feature. Create Pad allows you to interact with the main screen by performing certain functions on this touch-sensitive surface
The touch-sensitive surface can also act like a keyboard which gives haptic feedback on touch. Further, Lenovo claims that the keyboard can learn one’s typing habits and can adapt better to prevent typing mistakes.
Lenovo also includes a dual-use stylus that can be used for writing on both paper and screen. Being a 2-in-1 tablet, it can be used both as a tablet and a PC.
The Yoga Book from Lenovo sports a 10.1-inch IPS full HD display coupled with Dolby Atmos for the audio making it up for perfect media consumption.
It is powered by an Intel x5 Processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
For the ports, the device comes with a microUSB, micro HDMI and a microSD card slot for storage expansion. Lenovo Yoga Book comes with either Windows 10 Pro platform or runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
For the battery, there is an 8,500 mAh cell which Lenovo claims can provide up to 15 hours of use on Android and up to 13 hours on Windows.
