It also has Android Oreo operating system, dual (12+5 MP) rear cameras, 128GB micro SD card, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and a set of sensors as G6. However, the G6 Plus has the much powerful 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 630 processor, with Adreno 508 GPU and 4GB RAM. It also has a better 8 megapixel front camera. Moto G6 Plus gets a massive price cut of Rs 10,500

Motorola rolled out Android Pie update for its Moto G6 Plus smartphone in January this year.

With this price tag, the Moto G6 Plus seems to be an underdog when you compared it to the likes of Xiaomi Poco F1 or the recently-launched Vivo V11 Pro. The Poco F1 offers Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, while the Vivo V11 Pro is backed by a Snapdragon 660 chipset.

Moto G6 series smartphones including Moto G6, G6 Play and G6 Plus were first launched in Brazil in April this year. Motorola had already launched Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play in India earlier.

The phones are Motorola's first smartphones to get VoLTE support from a Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) operator in India. Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play comes with a price tag of Rs 13,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively.
