Xiaomi has today announced the launch of an upgraded version of the Redmi Note 7. Dubbed as Redmi Note 7s, the smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM variant, while the 4GB RAM option is priced at Rs 12,999.
It is backed by 3GB of RAM adn 32GB of internal storage and there is another variant that comes equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
Xiaomi has today announced the launch of its latest budget-centric smartphone, which is also the cheapest to be powered a 48-megapixel rear camera.
The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM variant, while the 4GB RAM option is priced at Rs 12,999.
The phone will be exclusively available on Mi.com, Flipkart, Mi Store and Mi preferred retail stores in the country starting from May 23.
The phone is equipped with a dual-camera setup and the secondary sensor is of 5-megapixel.
For the front, the company has added a 13-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling.
The Redmi Note 7s is equipped with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Dot Notch display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixel.
Xiaomi has added Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection both at the front and rear panel, which adds some durability to the device. It is also equipped with P2i coating, which makes it splash resistant.
The smartphone features the Aurora Design and it will be available in Sapphire Blue, Ruby Red, Onyx Black colour variants.
The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor along with Adreno 512 GPU. This is the same processor present in the Redmi Note 7.
The phone is equipped with a fingerprint sensor, which is situated at the back panel and it is loaded wtih AI Face Unlock.
The phone also features IR blaster and runs on Android 9.0 Pie with MIUI 10 running on top of it. It is juiced up by a 4000mAh battery and it supports Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging.
