Xiaomi launched its Mi A3 Android One smartphone last month in Spain succeeding the Mi A2 which was launched last year. Now reportedly, the Xiaomi Mi A3 is all set to be launched in India on August 23. This is the third smartphone in the Android One series from Xiaomi.
As per a report of MySmartPrice, the Mi A3 is launching in India on August 23, and this information was shared with them by a well-placed industry source. As of now, the company has not made any official announcement for the so called upcoming launch.
Xiaomi Mi A3 is priced at 249 Euros (approx. Rs 18,500) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB of internal storage, while the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option is priced 279 Euros (approx. Rs 21,000). In India, the phone is likely to be priced around Rs 20,000.
Xiaomi Mi A3 features a 6.08-inch HD+ AMOLED Display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels along with 19:9 aspect ratio and with a waterdrop-style notch. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 Processor along with Adreno 610 GPU.
The phone is backed by a 4GB of RAM and it is available in 64GB and 128GB of internal storage options. The memory can be further expanded via microSD card slot. On the camera front, the phone has a triple rear camera setup that has a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a 118-degree Wide-Angle f/1.79 lens, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor for depth sensing. For the front, there is a 32-megapixel shooterwith an f/2.0 lens for selfies and video calling.
The Xiaomi Mi A3 features an in-display fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie and it comes under Android One programme. Besides, the phone packs a 4,030mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm Headphone jack.
