Both the 55-inch and 65-inch OLED TVs come with a 4K OLED TRILUMINOS Display with Precision Colour Mapping, Live Colour Technology and Pixel Contrast Booster. There’s an Acoustic Surface Audio+ feature that creates a rich sound experience from the two subwoofers and three actuators.
The new Smart TV from the company will be known as OnePlus TV and the company has revealed that it wants to bring “the home environment to the next level of intelligent connectivity. The latest Smart TV will be built with flagship design, image quality and audio experience.
The Canvas 3 Smart TV runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with a large collection of applications and features, some of which is already pre-installed while others can be downloaded from the TV’s built-in Aptoide App store. The Smart TV also has a quad-core processor, Airplay support and Wireless Smartphone Control.
The Thomson TVs are made from Samsung panels with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The Thomson TVs are powered by a CA53 Dual Core 1.4GHz with Mali-T720 for graphics with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of flash storage. Moreover, the MyWall interface of the devices run over Android 5.1.1.
The products comes at a starting price of Rs 12,999 and goes up to Rs 47,999. The TVs will be available for purchase from Flipkart from September 18, 2018.
The new 4K TV line up comes in 65 inches, 55 inches, 49 inch and 43 inches and are priced at Rs 65,000 onwards. The models are available on all Panasonic stores across the country.
The Smart TV features a 4K HDR display with a screen resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and the company has employed A+ Grade panel in this TV. It comes with an image refresh rate of 120 Hz and has a 700nits brightness coupled with a 178-degree viewing angle.
Under this partnership, the app will be included in the company’s Cloud TV X2 series that is available on Amazon. With this, the content discovery and curation engine present in Cloud TV X2 will now showcase Hotstar application.
The Sony UBP-X700 offers 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray playbacks and supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision which will be later seeded to the device through a firmware update. Through HDR 10, the Blu-ray player will be able to increase the peak brightness while retaining deep and highly-detailed blacks for contrast ratio.
“Designed for Indian consumers”, both new Sony Soundbars make use of Indian-standard sound settings to deliver a crisp vocal sound when watching TV shows and a powerful base when it comes to immersive music listening. The rhombus-shaped grills on both systems deliver sound at a maximum output of 100 watts.
