The Highs
In the year 2018, Oppo introduced quite interesting technologies for the smartphone market. The brand introduced its fastest 50W Super VOOC Fast charging technology through which one can charge the smartphone to almost 60 per cent within 20 minutes. Another technical marvel was Oppo Find X, which came with a sliding camera design. The phone featured minimal bezels and the sliding mechanism was surely taken as an alternative to the notched display.
The Lows
Talking about lows, the Chinese brand took little to no steps when it comes to building up a strong relationship with its community. Issues reported by its user base was left unanswered by the Chinese company. Further, there was a lot of confusion between the relationship and its role with Realme. On one hand, the latter announced that it is an independent company, still, Opp was manufacturing its product and was taking care of its after-sales support.
