To counter Jio and other rivals, Bharti Airtel has announced a new plan that offers huge 300 GB data.
As per reports, the plan also comes with unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day. What’s more, there is no daily data limit, so you can either exhaust the 300 GB data in one go or take a year to do so.
The plan, which clearly is aimed at high data consuming users, is priced at Rs 3999. In a way, you will end up paying just Rs 334 per month under this plan for which you will get unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, as well as 25 GB per data – not a bad deal.
Ofcourse, if you don’t want to pay that much of big amount, you can go for Airtel’s current Rs 349 plan and get 1.5 GB of 4G data, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day.
Airtel has off late announced several lucrative plans to keep its flock together as Jio, with each passing day, increasing its clout among telecom users. Jio’s plans are still much economical. However, Airtel has so far managed to survive the Jio onslaught.
As per October data, Airtel still is the No 1 telecom player in India and has around 30 per cent market share. It added 1 million subscribers in September itself, taking its total subscriber base to 282.04 million.
