SMS is more useful than call 1:when we are office if we needed emergency call than it will disturb for that we use sms 2:mobile is switch off than we use sms thus SMS is largely in use

SMS is largely in use specially among younger generation and telecom companies are nowaday going through severe pressure due to inflation in market and debt regarding 3g. so most probably, they plan to increase prices to manage their buisness

The finances of telecom companies are under severe pressure due to the huge debt taken for buying 3G and broadband wireless access (BWA) spectrum last year. "Telecom is probably the only industry where despite increasing inflation, tariffs have been falling. Continuously declining margins, high 3G and BWA prices, constrained spectrum and rural rollout aspirations leave us with little choice but to make some price corrections" said Bharti Airtel. Other operators are expected to follow. Analysts say that telcos have no choice except to increase tariffs. They have tried to cut costs, but this cannot be sustained beyond a point.
