No, it is not possible. This is not possible as the OS cannot be changed as it depends on the size and other factors of the mobile. Till now this is not possible.

Come on dude, grow up and stop asking such foolish questions. I bet that even you know that it is impossible to convert java os to android os or symbian os. However you can upgrade or downgrade versions and updates, just like in iphones or in android 2.2 to 2.3 or 4.0 to 4.1 and in nokia symbian v3 to belle os or anna os.

No.it is not possible for converting java operating system into android or symbian os.java operating system can run on 200 mhz.it does not require high hardware requirements.but android wants atleast 600 mhz processor to run and even symbian is also an operating system for smartphones.android and symbian wants better chipsets, ram and rom.but java os runs on cheap phones and does not require better chipsets, ram and rom.so,it is not possible to convert java into android or symbian.

no, its not possible. bt where comes the 64 bit issue in mobile. in mobile phones there are hardware requirements which should be satisfied for os. and java runs on lower hardwares on the other hand android and symbian requires good hardware for better support.
