YEs, HTC's follow-up to the blockbuster Evo 4G is to give us a feature that nobody was asking for: a 3D capable display with stereoscopic cameras. The 3D effect is pretty cool.

YES THERE ARE NUMBER OF 3D PHONES AVAILABLE
1.HTC EVO 3D,
2.LG Optimus 3D,
NOW QUESTION is how 3D screens works....
Glasses-free 3D effect by using a parallax barrier LCD.LG optimus and HTC EVO use this tecnology.Parallax barrier is a little different for it is actually a ‘switching LCD’ that allows for both 2D and 3D imaging without the need for special glasses or goggles. When this switching LCD is switched off, the TFT-LCD displays 2D imaging as normal, but when the parallax barrier is switched on, it controls the way light leaves the display, meaning different patterns of light reach the left and right eye. Most people know that when you’re watching a 3D movie and wearing those dorky glasses, a different image is being sent to each eye; your brain mashes these two images together to create a composite 3D image. You may not know that a 3D display incorporates an overlay that is placed in front of the LCD. This is called a parallax barrier and it polarizes the glasses.

Yeah 3-D mobiles are availabe in the INDIAN market. but we dnt have many choices.
there are only two 3-D mobiles available.
1. HTC EVO 3-D (Rs.35000)
2. LG Optimus 3-D (Rs.37000)
Both are good specifications wise as well as performance wise.
But HTC EVO 3-D wins in terms of hardware (1.2Ghz Dual Core Processor & 1Gb Ram in comparison to LG Optimus 3-D 1Ghz Dual Core Processor & 512Mb Ram).
If u really planning to buy i would recommend HTC as its a great perfommer.

yaah......the answer to your question is HTC's EVO 4G LEGACY
HTC's EVO 4G legacy is something of a rarity in the smartphone industry. Sprint used it as a gateway drug for its WiMAX service — "4G" back when that nomenclature meant something (and was used to great effect in a huge marketing campaign). A behemoth with a 4.3-inch display specs that still stand up to modern releases, it's even managed to best its younger competition with up-to-date Android software (version 2.3.3 as of last of week).
So if you're HTC, how do you top yourself? The company seems to have taken a few pages from Nintendo's book when going from the DS to 3DS: keep a similar design aesthetic, boost the specs, and throw in a glasses-free autostereoscopic 3D display / 3D camera. Does the heir apparent, which launches June 24th on Sprint for $199.99, do its dynasty proud? Read on to find out!

yes there are more than one 3d phone avvailable in teh market
One of the interesting devices in the MWC 2011 exhibition this year is the LG Optimus 3D P920, the first device that brings the technology of three dimensional phone. It features a 1GHz TI OMAP4 processor using dual-core technology which allows it to display 3D,
and second one is HTC EVO 3D which is yet to be launched in India bt lg optimus 3d is launched for 35000 rs
2nd ans how it works
The third dimension has been explored by 3D enthusiasts way back in the early 20th century when the first stereoscopic films appeared, but it wasn't until recently that 3D took the spotlight with an array of TV sets, portable game consoles and most recently phones. The 3D hype is still in its early days, but more and more people are considering the option. But honestly – always watching TV with the glasses? If you are not 15, chances are you tried watching a 3D movie at home for half an hour, shrugged your shoulders and took off the damn glasses to never try it again. There should be a better way! And mobile technology has it, but just how does it work?
Currently, there are only a few gadgets featuring glasses-free (also called autostereoscopic) 3D displays. The LG Optimus 3D and the Nintendo 3DS are probably the most popular ones and both use a special screen technology called parallax barrier. The 3DS even allows for gradual control of just how much of a 3D effect you want. In addition, both of them (and a slew of recently announced camcorders) support recording in 3D via a dual-camera setup.

The left side of the handset only sports the charging port, and is otherwise clean. The top houses the power/lock switch and the 3.5mm headphone jack, and the bottom you'll find the microphone hole and a tab for remove the battery cover. The right side of the EVO 3D is where the volume rocker, dedicated 2D/3D switch for the camera, and the large camera shutter button are. The shutter button is very large, rounded and downright ugly, but gives great feedback when pressed.
