You have seen that in a pc you can change the os from windows to linux or unix or some other by just installing the proper os discs on the pc. But its not possible in a mobile phone. There are many reasons for this. First of all the bada os is something which has been developed by samsung alone and is closed source. One cannot use it on other mobiles. Second thing is unlike pc os is mobile specific. Os of nokia c7 will not work on nokia n95. The hardware and other components have been specifically developed for the particular os in question and cannot just be interchanged. The third thing is that mobiles have lot of inbuilt stuff in them which prevents people from switching the os. There are lots of regulations and software formalities to fulfill.

I think it is not possible. Because the wave series are built for the Bada Os. Cellphones are not like pc/laptops that can accommodate different Os due to fact that they were created for use in those systems...

I'm assuming you're suggesting a tool to automatically port it over. It should be written again. There isn't anything available that would effectively automatically port it over., Bada is C++. Not to mention the API differences, Android applications are written in primarily Java. both systems have different ways of doing things. Port it over to an equivalent app.
