The java phone you are talking about is based on generic os of samsung. The operating systems are decided upon while the phone is manufactured. You cannot run different os on mobiles just like you do on pc. A mobile's processing capability, ram, user interface are different depending on its price. Specific operating systems are designed keeping all these things in mind. Even it is not possible to run a nokia s40 os on a similar samsung java based phone. Android is a whole genre of software in itself. The minimum processing capability associated with android phones is 500mhz and hence its not possible to run android on the generic samsung.

it's not possible because our mobile is not like our computer that we can change its OS .our mobile has lower configuration in comparison to computer if we try to change our mobile OS we will make our mobile a dead mobile.

It's not possible till now because of Java is a programming language and this language has a special edition for mobile phone used by emulators to run small java programmed application. JAVA is NOT an operating system. There are many technical matters to run Android.
