can we change OS in a mobile?

Actually, it's not possible to change the mobile OS, since it is preinstalled in the flash memory of the mobile. If you want to change the OS, it is not possible at the consumer level.Although, now-a-days, smart phones (Android, Windows) can be flashed with newer or older or custom versions of their respective OS. Some developers have even tried to port Android system to Windows mobile

NO. We can only upgrade current OS. Upgrading Software version is possible in Symbian s60 v3 devices and s^3 devices and all Android devices! It is not possible to install Symbian OS in Android mobile or Android in Symbian devices..

dear, basicallyl changing the OS of the phone is not possible since the mobile handsets are made to support only their specific operating systems You can only upgrade your OS with the latest updates but there is no way to change the entire OS. So when you select a mobile then you have to take note of this. And personally i would prefer the Android OS because of its features and flexibility!

U cant change the os of your mobile unless u've got nokia n900 , but you can change their UI by downloading various softwares present on net.
