The HTML 5 vs. Flash debate has been in the news for a long time. Apple once declared that Flash was just so old fashioned and would be replaced by HTML 5. Apple had also refused to have Flash installed on the iPhone and iPad. In advance, Google is one of the strongest backers of HTML 5. However the Flash Player is installed on the vast majority of all Internet-enabled computers. Flash can be used by almost every PC user and is compatible on multiple browsers. Flash do have its place in today’s web world and is unlikely to disappear any time soon. But many developers are already working on HTML 5 to do what they used to have Flash do on their websites. They convert flash to HTML5 and use HTML5 to develop cross-browser applications for the Web and portable devices.

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) -HTML 5 is a language for structuring and presenting content for the World Wide Web, a core technology of the Internet. It is the fifth revision of the HTML standard, present in this vast Internet from June 2011. Coming to the Query that "Will HTML5 would give enhanced web apps to almost every platform??" It is obviously going to be true as Html5 which are going to have few inbuilt java tags, Flash tags.....etc.., will have to play the movies or flash games much more interactive with less buffer rate. With the platforms that, HTML has been equiped with all specialized and efficient easy tags that every OS platforms would Definetly support HTML5 including Mac, Chrome OS and So on.... In particular, HTML5 adds many new syntactical features. These include the , , and elements, as well as the integration of SVG content. These features are designed to make it easy to include and handle multimedia and graphical content on the web without having to resort to proprietary plugins and APIs. Other new elements, such as , , , and , are designed to enrich the semantic content of documents. New attributes have been introduced for the same purpose, while some elements and attributes have been removed. Some elements, such as , and have been changed, redefined or standardised. The APIs and DOM are no longer afterthoughts, but are fundamental parts of the HTML5 specification. HTML5 also defines in some detail the required processing for invalid documents, so that syntax errors will be treated uniformly by all conforming browsers and other user agents

Obviously!! HTML5 masters the technology of speed support and graphics.... Its smaller, but more complex... The web browser should definitely have a support for the upgrade... It's an already working mark up language... there are certain retro fits and it works perfect///
