Why we have to pay for customer care conversation now?

Because of fraud calls,nuisance activities and lots more haphazards are increasing day by day.The main reason for this is for avoiding unnecessary prank calls.

Because of fraud calls,nuisance activities and lots more haphazards are increasing day by day.People used to hav fun with the customer care agents in the telecom sector.Opposite sex people used to abuse or harass them virtually and used to talk unnecesarily and illogicall talks that was causing harm to the company as well apart from the fun of emotions of the agents.To curb this problem TRAI (Telecom Regualtory Authority of India) made the rule of charging this call although its very nominal but to make a genuine need.

customer care is a special department in all most every MNCs which take care of there customer complaints.this service earlier was free.as it was free of cost some of the freak customer started calling unnecessarily without any considerable complaints.it was just a time pass activity for such customers.language used by such users was also very abusive.so to avoid such callers companies came up with a new idea.this idea was to charge each and every customer care call though the rates were very genuine. BUT if your complaint is genuine then companies like vodafone give toll free number to its customer so that customers with genuine complaints do not suffer.

In these days the some customers talking with abusing language.Almost all customers calling for the information but some customers interrupting the calls in uncondition mind.To prevent the traffic is right to pay..

we have to pay 50paise for 3 min because some people make calls to customer care so many times in a day which exceed the maximum atteempts so to avoid this type of problems they are charging now a days.. but one operator that is tata docomo whom i love very much because of its schemes and rates anddocomo never costs for customer care calling..

The main reason for this is for avoiding unnecessary prank calls.As we know that there are lot of prank calls made to customer care by people nowadays.To avoid that and also to generate some indirect revenue by providing services, we have been charged for customer care conversations.

the maintainance of the custorcare services with heavy compition is making burder to the companies and some of the persons misusing this services so, they tried to collect that money from the customers means us

now days we have to pay because the some customers make many calls to customer care without reasons.so they prevent from these fake calls we have to pay the conversation.

Some of the people are calling to customer care even though they does not have any necessity and jst for time pass. Inorder to reduce such waste calls, customer care is charging.
