The answer will be tata docomo. The customer care executives are comparitively lower in docomo. If you call for more than three times in a day they do not take the calls. If there is any problem with your gprs settings or there are low speeds they seldom have a proper answer. They never refund your money back if it has gone from your account for activating services etc. The next one is airtel. When you dial for the customer care for the first time you will almost never get connected. The calls will get disconnected even before you approach the problem and balance refund requests are answered only after winding through a lot. When it comes to vodafone it is difficult first of all to get to the customer care. They always keep changing the number which you need to press to call customer care. Moreover the sms formats given to deactivate vas services never work.

As such you cant say which service prover delays the most. The processing of your request depends on the nature of complaint and request made. Request of smaller intensity often get resolved within couple of hours and Request of greater intensity may take even couple of days. It depends on the request and not on Service provider.

Well, Service Providers dnt deliberaltely delay the customer processing requests as they have a norm for all these. First they will look in to the complaint verify it, find a solution and then they would get in touch with you. SO its a process they follow that takes time. Every industry has some or the other process for customer grievances.
