just use Idman.apk from store or any were else app size <10.mb.

its the best question you have asked and i've also searched months & tried dozens of download manager but the best i'll tell you is the adm pro (advanced download manager pro) (paid version allow you download 3 files at a time). you can search paid version in web. in the start you will face problem regarding interface but after then you will love it. i have downloaded 700 mb movies through it. its just no. 1 download manager because download never fails. even if no network is there. it downloads files upto 8 multithreading. its the fastest and most stable download manager. i only use this.
