motorola fire XT and HTC wildfire S would be good choice in affordable price.But you want to compromise with camera to 2 mp then samsung galaxy y Duos would be great.

According to me u must go to galaxy s which ranges btwn 19000 to 24000 as it has different versions or u must go to galaxy ace duos which is advanced form of galaxy ace

look there are a wide range of android phones in the market having all your requirements such as
micromax bling2 at 8000rs ,
samsung galaxy ace 14000rs,etc
but i would prefer micromax modu t ,,,it has very wide range of functions also very cool features....its price is over 10000rs but if u buy online it may range from 6500 to 9500,,,
if my answer s appreciated i will also let know about the online sites offering the discounts...
