Nokia N9 is runs on Nokia's MeeGo operating system which was supposed to be the companies flagship operating system. This promising operating system's user interface seems gorgeous and the three home-screen setup, as demonstrated on the N9 appears to be both sensible and well considered.
MeeGo has Linux roots and the potential to beat its rivals to emerge out as a real game-changing OS for open source mobile platform. In place of a re-hashed java platform, which talks big about openness but doesn't deliver at that scale.
