Yes, when we send some data from 1 (mobile) to 2, that time we sent from 3 to 1.

Apple's advanced MP3 player, the iPod touch, allows users to do much more than just listen to music. The iPod touch features games, video calling and high-definition recording. If you are using an application on your iPod touch that allows peer-to-peer connection, it is possible to connect your device to another iPod touch via Bluetooth. Bluetooth wireless technology lets you do a variety of things on the device, such as playing a multiplayer game with a friend. Step 1 Power on both iPod touch devices. On one iPod touch, open the application you want to share over a Bluetooth connection, such as a game or music player. Step 2 Navigate to the application's menu, and tap the peer-to-peer connection option. Depending on the specific application, this option may be labeled in several different ways. Look for "Sharing," "Bluetooth," "Voice Chat" or "Multiplayer," for example. Step 3 Turn on the Bluetooth functionality, if prompted. To turn the feature on, tap "Settings," then "General" and "Bluetooth" from the main screen of the iPod touch. Some applications may simply ask if you want to turn Bluetooth on, and will turn the feature on for you. Step 4 Open the same application on the second iPod touch, then enable Bluetooth. If prompted to select an Internet Connection, choose the same connection for each device. If you do not do this, the devices are not able to communicate. After an Internet Connection is chosen, an invitation is sent from the first iPod touch to the second. Step 5 Accept the invitation to connect via Bluetooth on the second iPod touch, or wait for the person using the second device to accept. The two devices are now connected.

bluetooth stacks in phones don't support multicast (sending the same message to multiple clients at the same time). Most bluetooth connections are one-on-one: i.e. one phone, and one headseat, or one phone and one other phone. But with the BluetoothAdapter Android class,You can set up one device as a server and the other as a client. It may be possible to connect multiple clients to the order to connect more than 2 devices using bluetooth you have to create a different UUID for each device you want to connect.

You can connect two iPhones and transfer data via Bluetooth using either the high-level GameKit framework or the lower-level (but still easy to work with) Bonjour discovery mechanisms. Bonjour also works transparently between Bluetooth and WiFi on the iPhone under 3.0, so it's a good choice if you would like to support iPhone-to-iPhone data transfers on those two types of networks.

NO, bluetooth is meant for establishing communication between two devices only. Maybe in future, you can expext those kind of upgrades.
