Just create 2 users in your pc nd log onto 1 of them and sync ur 1st ipod with ur Itunes a/c. After the synchronisation, log off the user nd then log the second user in ur pc nd sync 2nd ipod. Even I hav 2 Ipods nd this trick works great.

yes we can....If you've ever tried to connect two iPods to the same computer, you know it can be a challenging and frustrating process when done incorrectly. The problem occurs with the iPod's software and its compatibility with iTunes, Apple's music store; if your computer doesn't recognize one or both of the iPods, it will not load music onto the device. Instead, Apple advises iPod owners sharing a single computer to create a separate library on iTunes for each iPod.Exit the iTunes program..Reopen iTunes. Mac users should do this while pressing down the "Option" key on their keyboard; Windows users should press and hold the "Shift" key.....Click "Create Library" from the list of options on the dialogue box that pops up....Locate the preferences menu inside iTunes. Mac users will find this menu by selecting "iTunes," then "Preferences." Windows users should click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the screen and select "Preferences" from the drop-down box.....Select the "Advanced" tab; this step is the same whether you're using a Mac or a PC...Uncheck the box next to the words "Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library" inside the dialogue box...Add audio and video files to your iTunes library by highlighting them with your mouse and dragging them into your library...Connect your iPod to your computer and wait as it syncs; this is Apple's term for downloading music from iTunes to your iPod. Disconnect your iPod once the syncing process is complete...Exit iTunes...Reopen iTunes. Again, Mac users should hold down the "Option" key as the program opens, while Windows users should press and hold the "Shift" key....Select "Choose Library" from the dialogue box on your computer screen. With a second iTunes library now set up, you can switch between multiple libraries and playlists -- designed for separate iPods -- on the same computer....

Plug either of the two iPods into one USB port on your computer. Open the iTunes software. Click on the name of the plugged in iPod underneath "Devices." This category is on the left side of iTunes. Select the "Summary" tab for the plugged in iPod located at the top of iTunes. Selecting this tab will cause a list of options to open inside the main iTunes window. Choose the "Manually manage music and videos" option. Click "Apply" at the bottom of iTunes. Repeat steps 1 through 6 with the second iPod as well as any other iPods you want to connect to the one iTunes library and account

Yes you can. But iTunes might synchronize both the iPods with the same songs. In case you want to synchronize them with different songs then you need to make two folders and autofill each with its respective folder.
