Recently, we saw Nokia dumped Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, and picked Stephen Elop as a new President and CEO of Nokia, who was on a senior rank in Microsoft before joining Nokia. And now Venturebeat is reporting that Nokia is going to launch a Windows Phone 7 powered phone in future. May be the new CEO is now making some moves, and if he wants to do that, then he can because he is a CEO and President of the company. And at the moment, Microsoft is looking for manufactures to come and make WP7 powered phones for them so they can stay in the market strongly against Android, iOS and others, and Nokia is currently the leader in mobile market, and Nokia mobile phones are known as the most reliable phones. So if Nokia and Windows combine, then they will make a better combination. As Anssi Vanjoki said that moving to Android is peeing in pant for warmth, what do you people think about moving to Windows?probably in dec 2011

Nokia and microsoft joined hands sometime back to launch its phones with the windows7 os. I would like to make it clear that nokia has not given a clear date on when it will launch the phone. But speculations by industry experts are on the rise regarding a launch either later this year or early in 2012. Windows smartphone market dwindled to less than 3% share due to lack of proper resources and apps and strong hardware whilst nokia seems struggling to grapple this market with samsung and lg launching lots of smartphones. The arrangement would give microsoft a life breath since nokia has over 35% mobile market share. The phone would spot Facebook access, Bing search, Zune music. Nokia 703 is named as the upcoming Wndows 7 3G smartphone featuring multi touch display. The phone would have a 3.7 inch Touchscreen display, FM Radio, a 5 MP Camera, HD Video recording, music player, Audio jack and toppled with 8GB internal memory. However the launch date is not clear. But if you are intent on windows7 os then be happy to hear that samsung omnia and htc admire will both have windows mango os in them.

The Windows Phone 7 platform has a heap of potential but still feels like a work-in-progress project. To fix features and as well as to add them, Microsoft will liberate an update sometime in March. The fresh update would consist of new features such as Internet Explorer 9 and multitasking. Somewhat critical missing features such as copy-paste will also be added to the platform. The platform will also support CDMA, so Microsoft can expand into more markets. icrosoft has been in the news for their new partnership with Nokia. With the two giants working together, Microsoft cannot pay for to be the weak link. Steve Ballmer showed off the new Windows Phone 7 update along with a revelation of the Internet Explorer 9 browser on it beating Safari on the Apple iPhone 4. There weren’t too many other things mentioned about the new update. That’s not a good thing allowing for that the new platform has a long way to go and critics might have quite a few things to say about it. The event even had Nokia CEO Stephen Elop come on stage and mention why the partnership with Microsoft was a move in the right direction. With so little being added and Nokia Windows 7 phones coming soon, we’re hoping Microsoft will get its act together in time.
