Samsung Galaxy Tab (Tablet):
We have not included it in the above list simple because it’s not a mobile (even though it is capable of working as a mobile and needs a SIM card). I believe that people will use it over mobile networks for data and not for voice. Otherwise it’s a superb device and showcases the capabilities of Android OS. Essentially Galaxy Tab is nothing but Galaxy S with 3 inches added to the screen and 2 megapixels taken away from the camera and it runs on Android OS v2.2 with TouchWiz 3.0 UI customization.
Best Price: Rs. 35,999
Motorola Charm MB502 (QWERTY Bar)
Motorola Charm is the first QWERTY BAR mobile (where the keyboard doesn’t slide out) just like Blackberrys. So if you love your Blackberry but want an Android phone just like it, this is the one. This device is made for typing and if you need an Android messaging device, this will be perfect for you. But before you jump on this, be aware of its biggest drawback – its display, which is not upto the mark because of it low resolution.
Best Price: Rs. 13,299
