Coolpad Note 3 Lite offers decent specs which includes 3 GB RAM and a quad core processor.
Today at an event in Delhi Coolpad Note 3 Lite, the younger cousin of Coolpad Note 3, was launched for Rs 6,999. It will be exclusively available on Amazon.in and registration for the phone starts today at 5 pm while the first flash sale will be hold at 2 pm on January 28
The Mobile Indian has been using the device for last two days and here is our first impression of Coolpad Note 3 Lite.
The Coolpad Note 3 Lite looks like a replica of its predecessor but it is not a carbon copy. Not only it has a smaller display but its feels sturdier. The back panel has got a textured finishing and provides much better grip unlike the Note 3 which has a plain matte finish. In the Note 3 Lite, the metallic thread around the front display is of golden colour and it looks much better than that of the silver thread of Note 3. Similarly, the rear camera and the fingerprint sensor has also got a golden coloured metallic thread around them, and it definitely looks great.
Like its predecessor, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite has also very thin bezel on right and left hand side of the display. There are three touch buttons under the display while above the display lies the proximity sensor, a speaker grill and the front camera.
There is another speaker grill at the bottom of the back panel. Towards the top of the rear cover lies the fingerprint sensor, just below the rear camera. A tiny flash light lies on the right of the rear camera while a microphone is at the top of the rear camera to cancel the ambient noise.
Another microphone is at the bottom alongside the micro USB port. The volume rocker is on the left hand side while the power button is on the right. A 3.5 mm jack is at the top panel.
Due to the small size, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite is easily operable in one hand. Its curved sides help to grip the phone better. The back cover, which is of decent quality, is removable. Under the back panel lies the two SIM card slots (one micro while the other is for a full sized SIM). There is also a micro SD card slot. The battery is not removable though.
The Coolpad Note 3 Lite comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and has the Mediatek MT6735 chipset that has a 64 bit quad core processor and Mali T720 graphics processor. The phone's 5 inch display has got high definition (1280x720 pixels) resolution. It has 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory.
The Coolpad Note 3 Lite offers a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. It has WiFi, Accelerometer and Proximity sensors. Besides, it comes with USB OTG functionality, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS.
The device is priced at Rs 6,999 and is sold via Amazon India. Can it build on to the name created by the Mega 2.5D or it's just another Coolpad device? Read through to find out.
With full HD display, 4 GB RAM, fingerprint scanner, octa core processor, VoLTE, 13 MP rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera, the Note 5 is just irresistible.
The Coolpad Mega is also available for Rs 6,999 and has a metal unibody as the Redmi 3S.
Coolpad Note 3 Lite offers plenty of features at Rs 6,999 including 3 GB RAM and a fingerprint sensor.
Coolpad Note 3 impresses on most accounts and fulfills what it promises on paper.
With a price tag of just Rs 5,999, the Coolpad Dazen 1 offers superb features and it performs alike.
Coolpad Dazen X7 is overpriced and doesn't pose much threat to current market favourites.
