Android KitKat smartphones available in India for less than Rs 10,000

It was the first smartphone under Rs 10,000 to come with Android KitKat version. It has a 4.3-inch display, 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB on-board storage, 32 GB micro SD card slot, dual SIM, WiFi, micro USB port, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou. It has FM radio as well. The Moto E has a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 1960 mAh battery but it doesn’t have any front camera.

Micromax Canvas Engage comes with a 4 inch display, a 1.2 Ghz quad core processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM, 32 GB micro SD card slot. Besides, it has a 5 megapixel rear camera, a 0.3 megapixel front camera, 1500 mAh battery, dual SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB port, a 3.5 mm jack, GPS and FM radio.

Powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor, the Micromax Unite 2 will be available in 4 bright colors -grey, white, red and green. The Unite 2 comes with a 4.7-inch IPS display with a Resolution of 800×480 pixels. It has a 2000 mAh battery, 5 megapixel rear camera, an LED flash, and a 2 MP front camera. Besides, it has expandable memory of 32 GB and has GPS, Bluetooth v4.0 and WiFi.

This Dual-SIM phone has a 5-inch (480×800 pixels) IPS display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 512MB RAM, 4 GB of inbuilt storage, micro SD card (up to 32GB) slot, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a secondary 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Intex Aqua i14 offers a 5-inch touchscreen display, a quad-core 1.3 GHz mobile processor, 1 GB RAM and 4 GB on-board storage. The memory slot can hold up to 32 GB micro SD card. Besides, it has an 8 megapixel camera for imaging and in the front lies a 2 megapixel camera in the front. The dual-SIM configuration can support one 3G network enabled SIM module and a 2G network enabled SIM in other.

Aqua N15 offers a 4-inch IPS display with 854×480 pixel resolution and is powered by quad-core 1.3 Ghz unspecified processor. Intex has added 1 GB RAM and 4 GB on-board storage along with a 32 GB memory slot in this smartphone. The Aqua N15 has dual SIM. At the back is a 8 megapixel camera for imaging and in the front lies a 2 megapixel camera in the front.

Karbonn Titanium S99 has a 3.98-inch display, a quad-core 1.3 GHz mobile processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB on-board storage, 32 GB Micro SD card slot, a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a VGA front camera for video calls.
Besides, it has Dual-SIM slots, 3G connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth, G-Sensor, Proximity Sensor and GPS navigation. Karbonn has packed 1400 mAh battery in this Dual-SIM smartphone which clearly won’t be enough.

The Campus A35K is currently the cheapest smartphone with Android KitKat operating system. It features a 3.5 inch IPS-LCD display with 320×480 pixels resolution, 256 MB RAM, a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB in-built storage, 32 GB micro SD card slot, a 3.2 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. Besides, this 3G phone has a 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery.

It has a 4.5-inch display, a quad-core 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6582 mobile processor, 1 GB RAM, 64 GB micro SD card slot, a 5 megapixel camera at the rear and a 2 megapixel camera in the front. The phone packs a decent 2000 mAh battery and supports Dual-SIM configuration.
