Zopo has announced a new scheme of 1 year replacement warranty from the date of purchase for all its devices. This scheme is applicable only on devices purchased on or after October 1, 2016 and comes with certain terms and conditions.
With this latest scheme, customers using a Zopo device will be able to replace their faulty devices with a new one within 4-5 days. Compared to this, other handset manufacturers offers 1 year onsite warranty through which only in extreme cases a replacement is offered.
Zopo recently launched the new Color F1 last month with 5.5 inch 720p display, a quad-core 1.2 Ghz MediaTek MT6580 processor, 1GB RAM. It also features a 16GB internal storage which is expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. In the camera department, there is an 8 Megapixel rear facing camera and a 2 megapixel front shooter. The device runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow and houses a 2300 mAh battery. With these specifications, the phone sells at Rs 8,890.
With increasing competition, this is probably Zopo’s attempt to make its mark in highly competitive budget smartphone segment.
