If 2018 was the year of the notch, in 2019, we’ll see increasingly see mobile phones with cameras integrated into aso-calledpunch hole’. Samsung, Huawei and Honor are themost talked vendors in this space, but Xiaomi is soon going to them.
As per a patent lately registered by Xiaomi with the WIPO ((World Intellectual Property Office)it looks like that it is working on asmartphone witha doublepunchhole. All of the patent designs showa smartphonewith a tall screen body ratio along with two cameras incorporated into the display in thenow famouspunch holes format.
Looking at the picture, it is possible that Xiaomi is also thinking of inserting others detectors under the screen, like the proximity and brightness detectors.
Towards the end of lastyear,we heard about the possible arrival of a smartphone Xiaomi smartphone with a hole at the display, but therumourshave disappeared in a brief time. It’s not yet known, among others stuff, if this device will be part of the Xiaomi family of mobile phones or the Redmi brand.
