Ubisoft launches Watch Dogs 2 across different platforms

This game has been set within a fictionalised version of San Francisco Bay Area and is played from a third-person perspective.

Fresh multinationalvideo game publisher, Ubisoft, has today launched Watch Dogs 2 at a price of Rs 3,285. The game is available across both online and offline platforms and is compatible with PS4, Xbox One and PC only.

Watch Dogs 2 is basically an open world action-adventure video game developed by the producers who brought another massive franchise of Assassin’s Creed to us, Ubisoft. Watch Dogs 2 is a sequel to its 2014 predecessor, Watch Dogs.

This game has been set within a fictionalised version of San Francisco Bay Area and is played from a third-person perspective. Our control switches from Aiden Pierce(protagonist of the previous game) to Marcus Holloway, a hacker working with a group of hackers known as DedSec.

This game is filled with multiplayer co-op allowing competitive one-on-one combat and joining forces together to neutralise a hacker who is creating havoc in the city. When compared to its prequel, we see a massive increase in areas such as that of hacking, driving etc which serves as a treat to our eyes.

Now this game can be played as a stealth game or a normal action game with you gunning down people face to face with 3D printed assault rifles and guns. The artificial intelligence in the game is really good, that means that the enemies will know of your presence very easily, but you have enough means of indirect attack to feel capable in a fight, and most of them are quite fun.

This is a game with endless possibilities, you can steal stuff, you can hack people’s bank accounts, you can fake evidence to frame someone, summon angry gang members and cops, hack someone literally to death or explode someone who is wearing explosives by hacking their trigger button. The environment is a fun and diverse place to explore and run amok, it is sort of like a virtual tourism but with hacks.
