TomTom, a GPS based navigation service provider, is set to launch an App for Android devices, a senior executive of the company indicated while talking to The Mobile Indian.
“TomTom already has an iOS based application. Though we do not wish to disclose the future plan as of now as a part of our company policy, we do not rule out any mobile operating system, whatsoever,” said Jocelyn Vigreux, general manager and senior vice president of TomTom India.
The company on Tuesday launched three portable navigation devices – TomTom Via 100, Via 120, and Via 125, marking its entry into the Indian market.
