Samsung SM-G5520 now spotted with 2GB RAM, 5 inch display

Samsung SM-G5520 has been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency, TENAA.

Samsung SM-G5520, which was earlier spotted on Indian export, import website Zauba, has now been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency, TENAA. The listing has revealed the design and specifications of the new Samsung phone. As per reports, smartphone is expected to be a one of the Samsung Galaxy On series phone.

As per the TENAA listing, the Samsung SM-G5520 smartphone has a 5-inch display with 720×1280 pixel resolution, a 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor and 2GB RAM. It offers 16GB and 128GB of internal storage, a 13 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel front facing camera and a 2600 mAh battery. The device features full metal body and comes with fingerprint sensor at the back below the LED flash light.

The phone runs on 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. The phone is 142.8 mm tall, 69.5 mm wide and 8.1 mm thin and it weighs 143 grams, according to the TENAA listing. The phone supports LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and among connectivity options. As per the listing, the device will be available in Gold color variant.

Recently, Samsung SM-G5510 which is expected to be another Samsung Galaxy On series phone was also spotted on TENAA. As per reports, it could be the successor of Galaxy On series smartphones and both the phones might be launched as Samsung Galaxy On series phones (2016).

The TENAA listing of SM-G5520 is same as the earlier spotted TENAA listing of SM-G5510 except minor differences like in the dimensions of the phone. It is expected the the company is either planning to launch a single Galaxy On series phone with two different variants, one with single and another with dual sim.
