The smartphone has a 13-megapixel camera in its rear as well as in front panel.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) which received WiFi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA) last month is now spotted on GFXBench and GeekBench websites.

As per the listing on GFXBench, Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) has a 4.8-inch display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and 5 finger gesture support. It is powered by Samsung Exynos 7870 1.5 GHz octa-core processor and 2GB RAM. It offers 16GB of internal storage out of which 11GB will be reserved for the users. Besides, it has ARM Mali-T830 and 7.0 Samsung Edition operating system.

Galaxy J5 (2017) has a 13-megapixel camera and a flash on its rear panel while a 13-megapixel camera in its front as well. The GFX listing shows that the device has connectivity features like Bluetooth, GPS, and WiFi. As per the listing, the device has an accelerometer, gyroscope, light sensor and as well.

In the GeekBench listing, the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) got 702 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 3437 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) has 2GB RAM and 1.59 GHz octa-core processor. The handset is based on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

The specs in the GFX listing are in line with the specs revealed in the GeekBench listing. Both the listings carry the model number as SM-J530 of Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017).
