The Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) which was recently Bluetooth certified with Samsung SM-J327P model number has now been leaked in some press renders. According to Evan Blass, who is known to make quite accurate predictions in the past, Galaxy J3 2017 will carry the SM-J327P model number.
In his Twitter account, @evleaks, Evan tweeted, “Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) [note: this is SM-J327P, not SM-J3119, which is the J3 Pro]”. Along with this, he has also tweeted a press image of the smartphone. Sadly, his tweet does not reveal anything about the hardware specifications of the smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) was earlier spotted on on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable in the US. The device was also spotted on Indian export import website Zauba. As per the earlier Zauba listing the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) showed a screen of 5 inch and a price tag of Rs 6,843. Sadly, apart from this, there’s no other information regarding the specification of the device. As per the listing, three units of Samsung SM-G5520 have been imported from South Korea to India for testing.
Earlier, the device was also spotted on a GeekBench Benchmarking website. In the GeekBench listing, the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) got 654 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 1833 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) has 2GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 1.40 GHz quad core processor. The handset is based on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
